Shaka (unconfirmed name) - Original character

Powerful and mysterious mythological entity who lives in a remote tropical/jungle setting, possibly South America.
Influenced by some of the many human-animal hybrids in mythology, specifically gorgons and lamias, with bird-of-prey (specifically owl) features to add to the inhuman nature of the being and create a sense of distance - this being is not human despite some humanoid features.
Envisioned as a guardian and arbiter who is fiercely protective of her domain and capable of taking out any who would upset the ecological balance, or who use their power/strength to abuse others, be they animal or human.
